Due to COVID-19, to be eligible for a return your item must be unused in the original packaging and in the same new condition you received it. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.For items that were special ordered in for you specifically, a 20% restocking fee may apply. Shipping costs associated to the return are the customer’s responsibility. In the event that Tower Fitness Equipment has shipped an incorrect item, we will be responsible to cover shipping and handling costs to return the item.
