*Elaine’s Canine Cookies are not responsible for damage to products during shipping. They package shipments to the best of their ability and send them with fastest shipping methods possible to mitigate any damage or reduction in food quality. They produce all natural, freshly baked goods, however, should you see any deterioration of the quality of the treats when you open it, please contact us immediately.
Order changes or cancellations: Please call 604-240-0237 if you need to change or cancel an order. They require a minimum of 48 hours in advance notice to adjust your order. As all products are baked fresh to order, no cancellations or refunds will be granted after this time period.
Refunds: Unfortunately, due to health restrictions and regulations, they are not able to accept returns of any edible goods.
Payment: Payment is required at time of order for all custom and online orders.
