            Josie from Redpath attended my house for a walk through quote and I found her to be rather disinterested through out the process. She conducted the walk about on a Friday and promised me a quote by the following Wednesday. That time has passed and still no quote. She called once to say that she's busy and I should get the quote by this Friday!

            Our apologies for the delay in sending your quote. Monday was a stat holiday and Josie did call you on Wednesday to advise that she would get it to you as soon as possible, and it was sent the next day. When the survey was performed, there was no information provided in regards to a destination address or even a date for moving. Again, our apologies.

            Josie, Was provided with the information that the first tranche of the move was to be placed into storage immediately, and that upon finding a residence in the ****** area, the second batch of furniture would be mated up and sent up to the new house. She informed me that she would have a quote for me on Tuesday. I had already received several quotes from other companies and was only awaiting your response prior to making an informed decision. Your quote was late and due to that I proceeded. All the necessary info was provided to Redpath, as it was to the other companies. Your employee dragged her heels and blamed the weekend for her tardiness. *****
