The store has an excellent inventory that is appealing and affordable for all levels of purchasers and occasions. The store is not overwhelming but products are well chosen so it is comfortable to peruse the showcases. If you do find an item to purchase, you can be assured that the follow up service is amazing, it will surprise you how much they appreciate your business and go to all extents to show that. They will continue that service forever, often offering more than you request. Ken is an expert goldsmith which is important for follow service, and also to help you create a special piece if you do not find it in their showcases. They all have long experience, know the jewelry business and are qualified to help you end up being a happy customer. Dallanys was recommended to me and since then I shop exclusively there as they are always accommodating, eager to please you in your purchase and service. Others that I have referred Dallanys to, all confirm and enjoy the same customer satisfaction as myself. If you enjoy jewelry for yourself or as a gift for others I strongly urge you to at least visit the store, judge for yourself, Jewelry purchases are important, can be meaningful or emotional, so I would not give such high praise unless I was completely assured that you will receive the same quality product and service I have related.
