      Excellent service by HouseSmart Window & Doors. on time , fast and very clean job. their service was recommended by our neighbor who I was witness the job earlier this year and soon after ours was done my other neighbor was asking for their info so they can do the same. Very happy with their service and highly recommend them.

      After getting three quotes to replace our old basement windows, we went with HouseSmart, based on quality of product, reputation and price. A misunderstanding regarding what was covered in the initial quote was satisfactorily rectified by the owner of the company. The installers were on time, worked quickly and efficiently and were pleasant to deal with. They made sure that we knew exactly what was going to be done and that we were happy with the finished product. They even followed up with us the following day. We would use HouseSmart's services again and would recommend this company.

      would just like to say, I went through the usual Three company comparable purchase process. The combination of Sales presentation, Working platform And Cost. It was apparent in my comparable analysis that House Smart was the most efficient/practical company for my choice. Due to the 6 day Cold Spell without a working furnace, their advancement For a start date was appreciated. The follow thru with the practical removal of the old furnace And placement of new, I was impressed simply by the robust completion efficiency to The point I asked the installer twice if he would like a “Coffee and Cream” Which was refused, ,but then near completion he accepted my THIRD offer. The final ultimate comment that my choice of choosing House Smart Was correct, was when my Wife said to me “We are getting Heat out of some Of the vents that we never used to “ !! Thank You and All the Best for 2023 !

      The estimater was at the house within two days. I was only going to have 6 out of 10 windows replaced because of cost concerns but went with all ten due to the lower than expected estimate. Work was done efficiently and sooner than they themselves predicted. Would definitely recommend.

      I got my windows quoted by 3 companies. House Smart is the good price that how at first I chose House Smart. Then when they came to measure and install the windows. The Installer did a very good job and even the helpers. After finishing the installation the Installer checked everything that why he noticed that the sliding panel’s frame has a crack, he called the House Smart office right away and told them that the sliding panel must be replaced. About in a week the sliding panel delivered and replaced. Over all they did a very good job. I am very happy. I would recommend House Smart to friends and everyone.

      I would definitely recommend House Smart to friends and family. My old furnace stopped working in November and I was happy when House Smart, unlike other companies that I had contacted, responded promptly to my request for a quote. House Smart was able to install our new high efficiency furnace quickly, offering us a good price and professional service.       This year our furnace would flame up intermittently, so I called HouseSmart service department to send someone. The service lady informed me that the air filter might be dirty and the battery in the thermostat may be weak. The filter was very new and the thermostat had no battery to start with. This month the problem became consistent and we had cold nights. I called and spoke to the service lady again. This time she told me we’ll have to wait 3 days for service and it’ll cost me $130+ for troubleshooting. When I explained we had an Extended 10-year parts & labour warranty, she said we will still be billed for diagnostics fees. This is in addition to the warranty amount we had paid. We had a heated argument because this additional fee was not written in the agreement. I told her that I’ll give them a 1-Star Rating for their “scummy” business practices. Apparently, the manager came on line and he did not like me calling their practices “******” and hung up on me. ***** *** * *** ***** * ******* ** **** **** *** ***** ***** *** **** *** ********** *** **** *** *** ********* *** ******* ******* *** ** ******* **** ****** ** ******** *** ** *** ****** ******* *** *** ** *** ********** *******. Never again will we deal with HouseSmart after giving them three home improvement projects and several thousand dollars in business. ** ** ***** * ******* **** *** ****** ********
