    We had an incredibly disappointing experience with Tilesense, particularly with ****. He recommended tiles that he claimed were "very popular," yet the store couldnt fulfill our order for a single bathroom. To make matters worse, they substituted larger-format tiles to make up for their low stock.The issues didnt stop there. Their installer underestimated the quantity of tiles needed, forcing us to request more tiles. Tilesense's solution? They offered us chipped tiles. Yes, chipped tiles, which were obviously unusable (and from a different dye lot). When we expressed frustration about the incomplete order and unusable tiles, ****** response was shocking. He told us to "take the * up" and to "go to H, And no. h is is not heaven so there you go !!!!!!!!!." On top of refusing to take back the incomplete order, this unprofessional behavior left us appalled.Adding insult to injury, the communication with their installers was chaotic and unhelpful. We eventually had to find another tile setter who was properly qualified to install ********, further delaying and complicating the project.Tilesense was a complete letdown from start to finish. Poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and substandard solutions make it impossible for me to recommend them. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere.
