I contacted this company in regards to my washing machine's draining issue. They told me they will charge in the range of 89 to 129 dollar diagnostic fee depending on the difficulty of the diagnostic. They sent a technician to my house on Monday. All this technician did was turn my washing machine on once and replace a part which he told us nothing about price-wise. In the end, he tells us he needs to charge us the full 129 dollars for diagnostic and additional 180 dollars plus tax for the part. He did not tell us how expensive this part was prior to installation and went on and did the installation without giving us this information. In addition, he charged us the full 129 dollars for the diagnostic at the end in which he put in no effort to actually figure out what the problem was with our washing machine. He told us that there was no other problem with the washing machine and left our house having charged us over 350 dollars. That night we ran our washing machine and we realized that there is a problem with the timer of the machine as well and the washing machine goes into a final cycle multiple times which it did not do before. Also, we quoted a price for the exact part he replaced and found out that it costs 115 dollars at every other place. I called them back to tell them about our washing machines problem in addition to them overcharging us 70 dollars extra for the part and they said that they could come remove the part they installed and we need to pay them an extra 40 dollars to install the same part that they overcharged us for. As for the diagnostic, they said that they will charge 129 dollars again even though it is their fault for a faulty diagnostic in the first place. * ** * ******** **** ****** *** ** **** ********* ********* ********* and would like to get your guy's help to deal with my issue since they said they would not help me with my problems. They claim that all of their calls are recorded and they told us the price on the phone. Not True.
