      Disappointment, unprofessional and 2x the cost what they estimated. Staff smoking and vaping, playing loud music and not very respectful.

      Thank you for sharing your feedback with us regarding your
      recent experience. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused; we take
      such matters seriously as we strive to provide a professional and positive move
      for all our customers. As to the price difference, if you recall you were asked
      to have moved a lot of your items before the move day, and this did not happen.
      Because of this, it took two loads back and forth rather than the one we
      planned. However, if you recall, we did refund you $250.00 after your move to
      compensate for travel time. I have discussed the smoking and music being played
      on your move day with the crew: I have been assured that when approached about
      smoking the crew member moved onto the road, away from your property. I do
      apologize that you needed to mention this to them, and they send their
      apologies as well. The crew has said if they knew you were bothered by their
      music, they would have immediately turned it off, but as they were unaware,
      they did not think it was a problem to have it playing. They have now been told
      to ask permission from the customer before turning on their music. Please be
      assured that we have addressed your concerns with our crew to ensure that this
      does not happen again in the future. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us
