            Put down deposite for the truck to hold it and they said you can have it back when deals are done. I back down on deal and they wont gave my deposite back. The receipt that I have from them showing I paid 1,000 deposit the link couldnt be open anymore but here is the proof that they have my 1,000 dollars .

            I havent been able to get a straight answer from any of the staff that work here. There constant revolving door of staff makes it impossible to stick with one person, having to explain the situation to every single person I interact with at this dealership just to have them ghost me. I purchased a vehicle back on December 31st 2023, since purchasing the vehicle, there have been several issues with it, many of which the dealer agreed to fix as per my sales contract. Well Im still left with missing pieces and broken trim, and now less than 4 months later my vehicle is experiencing total power loss and dragging/failing brakes and no one at this dealership seems to care or take any responsibility for their jobs. So much for a exhaustive 115 point inspection on pre-owned. Less than 4 months I shouldnt have my car dieing in the middle of the road out of nowhere and my brakes locking up after getting a jump
