    Im January of 2025 I communicated with the owner of this company through email, text and telephone while contemplating the purchase of one of his electric ATVs. Initially he was very responsive, warm and helpful. I agreed to wire him around $2800 USD for this ATV. Following the transfer of the money, this individual told me that my ATV would arrive in March of ******* March of 2025 the *** did not arrive and he indicated there were some shipping delays. This happens so I understood. However, as April and May passed without the arrival of the product that I already paid for, as well as a lack of professional and prompt communications from the seller, I greatly frustrated.After some more sporadic communications with the seller, I was told the item would arrive in **** 2025. Again, **** came and went and still not ***. Leading and up to this new *** that came and lapsed, the sellers responses grew more infrequent. In early July of ******************************************************************************************** a full refund. That was the last communication I received. I have reached out repeatedly for the status of my refund which, at that point, should have been instantaneous. To date, August 2, 2025, I have received no replies and no refund.I am fortunate that I have saved all receipts, records and written communications with the seller. I am hopeful that this will prove helpful in the legal actions that I am unfortunately going to have to pursue to recover my money. Be very wary of this company. Throughout the process their website and email went down repeatedly and their lack of communication is troubling. This was a hard ****** learned when attempting to purchase large-ticket items via the internet.
