    Very Disappointed Poor Quality Work and Misleading Business Practices I hired PCS Construction for mould remediation in my home, choosing them specifically because they were BBB certified and appeared reputable. I dealt directly with M at ***, who assured me the job would be handled professionally and thoroughly. Unfortunately, that was not the case.The work was done poorly and required three separate return visits, yet the mould issue was still not fully resolved. Each visit felt like a temporary fix rather than a proper remediation, and I was left questioning the quality and care that went into the ******* make matters worse, I later discovered that I was billed under another business name, Micra Environmental, which is not BBB certified. This meant I had no recourse through the BBB, even though I had chosen PCS Construction specifically for their certification and supposed credibility.Between the poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and misleading billing practices, I cannot recommend PCS Construction or M. This experience has been costly, frustrating, and deeply disappointing. I would strongly urge others to look elsewhere for trustworthy and professional service.
