5 starsWe were looking to upgrade our 25-year-old home security system and secure local monitoring against fire and unauthorized entry, utilizing our existing wiring and sensors. We were aware of Blanchard’s superior service reputation, and we were not only not disappointed but very impressed. Our initial contact was with Craig Hazlitt, who was our principal contact from beginning to end and was instrumental in ensuring that the equipment components we selected were appropriate for our needs. Roger, the technician, was punctual, knowledgeable, efficient, personable and very helpful throughout the installation process. And Alyssa, in the office, was as well, always available and most accommodating arranging scheduling and ensuring our emergency contact protocols are accurate and complete.
We have been extremely pleased with our entire relationship with Blanchard and have no hesitation in heartily recommending their services.Blanchard Security

5 starsWe had this wonderful man come and install 3 security cameras for us. He did a wonderful job. No big holes where he put the wire through. He was so patient with us, we did now know how to operate the monitor. He explained and explained time and time again. He worked so hard climbing into the attic to feed the wire so no one saw it.
I would hire him again if I ever needed him. It is all we expected.Blanchard Security

5 starsAfter dealing with a large, impersonal alarm company that was mostly concerned about their bottom line, Blanchard Security was a welcome change. Their prices are average for the industry, but their service is certainly above average. The salesperson and the techs installing the equipment were helpful and the Front Desk at Blanchard has been prompt and efficient.
