    On the date of September 4th my cheverolet silverado was towed to his establishment for a transmition replacement.First check was mailed October third for the amount of ******* dollars.October 11th the second cheq was dropped of by myself for the amount of ******* dollars.November asked for update. Not done.December asked for update. Tells me there a communication problem and he has to do my wiring.January he tells me it was the brand new transmition computer acting up and he re did my wiring for nothing and has to get a different transmition put in. Now it's **** and I still don't have a truck.

    I believe this matter has been resolved.    i was out of contact with ****** when she put in the complaint, the vehical has a electrical problem with the tcm in the new transmission.  The job was completed once paid in full and thats when the problem started    we first got ahold of the transmission builder and they took the transmission back tore it apart said they found nothing wrong, i then put it back in and still the same problem, which i was told by the builder that its the truck thats the problem, so i then spent hours diagnosing whats going on to find out that it is still in the transmssion,  at the time we were extremely busy and it got put off  and it continued to get put off as always running into other problems.  I should have got back onto it sooner,  we are back on it now and the trans is back at the builder.  Should have her truck back to her soon,   I am very sorry to her for this exsperience as this should have been delt with right away
