We were travelling from Calgary Alberta to Nanaimo British Columbia when we discovered oil was dripping from the rear differential. It was a Sunday afternoon at a campground in the Burnaby area. We decided to look on the BBB website and found this garages information. On Monday morning we called and the manager Sido M* said he would squeeze us in. As soon as we arrived the put our Jeep on the hoist and looked underneath an found that the transfer case fluid screw-bolt that was used, was the wrong size and when we were driving the fluid was being forced out of the transfer case. He searched for the replacement bolt and found that it would take 2 to three days to get a replacement. The other staff members were aware of our issue and one them had a Jeep of about the same age which had the same transfer case he took his Jeeps’ bolt out and installed into ours. The rest of our journey had no mechanical issues. I would like to say they bent over backwards to help us. We are truly great full for the way Sido M* and his staff helped us. I would highly recommend this company to anyone having transmission issues. ******* **
