    The owner/operator of Harmonia (********) did not honour an appointment time for a service she was booked for (she was 10 minutes late for a pre-booked treatment). I brought this to her attention before the treatment was supposed to begin (this was conveyed to her in a respectful tone). Following this, ******** accused me of "abusing" her (her words) and refused to provide the treatment, continuing to allege that my displeasure with her not honouring an appointment time was "abuse".A customer verbalizing a complaint is not abuse, and Parthena's accusation of such trivializes actions that do in fact constitute abuse. This experience has demonstrated that the owner/operator of Harmonia lacks integrity for failing to provide an agreed upon service (via a booked appointment) and lacks professionalism for refusing to take accountability for their actions when they are in the wrong.
