    I wouldn’t recommend this company. Their attention to detail was poor quality craftsmanship. When questioning work being performed or the finishing detailing, the responses from their General Manager, Adil, were disrespectful. Some work wasn't completed and the crew only did a partial site clean up. Overall dissatisfied with this company.

    Hi ****,I apologize that you are not satisfied with our services. Even tho during the entire project you never once mentioned any unsatisfactory. Frankly this review came as a shock to all of our crew members. Given the fact that you offered everyone drink at the end of the job and told everyone you are happy with the work. Now about the work itself. Id like to explain to you again as I did before taking the project. Your previous decking contractor took out the old sidings and left without finishing the job. You hired us to install back these 30+ years old sidings and there are limitations to how perfect it will look after the installation. I did told you that our No1 priority is water proofing and then the looks. The reason being is that the siding is old and warped. Its not new siding. However we did everything as you wanted us and finished the job with 100% waterproof and looks that you wanted. Even this you did change your mind during the work more than few times and we had to re-do the work twice. As you know half day budgeted work was done in a full day with 3 man crew. And total cost was 1500$ and we never charged you anything additional for all the extra work you added at the end. Including installing back loose sidings, loose soffit, new brick molding that your previous door guy left unfinished. With all that being said we wanna resolve this with you, but you have ignored everyones text and calls. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help you with the work. We are sorry that you left feeling unsatisfied. At bright Siding we always try our best to satisfy every single customer. Thank you for choosing us **** **********************
