    I am writing to seek a resolution to a plumbing dispute that I am currently facing with Blue Mountain Services. On January 16th, 2023, I engaged Blue Mountain Services to repair a leak in my home's water system. The work performed resulted in further damage to my home's heating system, including a broken pipeline and clogged pipes that are now unsalvageable. Blue Mountain Services' technician, attempted to fix the leak but did not have the right equipment to do so. He returned the next day and replaced the leaky pipe, however, he then stated that there was not enough flow in the pipes and suggested that I consider repiping the entire house. Despite this, the technician proceeded to tap the pipes with his wrench in an attempt to unclog them, which resulted in the breaking of another pipe in the master bedroom near the concrete floor that needed extensive treatment. This leak and clogging of the pipes were directly caused by the work performed by the company's servicemen and I believe that the company should be able to explain the steps that he took during the first two days that resulted in the damage. I am disputing the invoice for the services rendered, which totals $4,858 plus GST. I believe that the quality of services provided was unacceptable and that the damages caused were a direct result of the work performed by Blue Mountain Services. Despite my efforts to resolve the matter, Company has refused to take responsibility for the damages caused to my property. A complete email exchange between the company, photo evidence, and additional evidence is attached to this email for your consideration. I am seeking a resolution through your organization and would greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter. I believe that the invoice I have received from Blue Mountain Services should be cancelled because of the damages they have caused to my property, the cost of the revitalization of the heating system is an additional $10,000 to $17,000.

    Blue mountain came out in October of 2021 for a leak in the below unit. I had no idea there was a leak until someone from this company started to demand access to my apt even though I wasn't going to be home, the guy (Anthony) tried to tell me to hide my key somewhere so he could come in. It was a HARD no. They came back on Saturday and accessed it from the pipes below my tub, and I asked if this was something I could have prevented; he said no, it's in the lines. They were set to return Monday to remove my drain pipe to access the pipes from there, and the rest of the work was to be done in the below units pipes. Monday came, and they removed the drain and overflow to gain access, and they did what they needed to do to access the pipes from below the tub, then they spent a good 2.5 hours in my neighbor's pipes doing work before returning to put a new drain in and overflow and told Everything was fine. I asked if I could use the tub as I had stopped since I was informed of the possible leak, and I was told yes, everything was fine. Later that night, I had a bath, and it overflowed into the below unit worse than before. I called the plumber, and he came back; he told me he forgot to caulk the seals, and that was why it flooded into the below unit. Two days ago, I got a change back from my strata for $1400 for their mistake. 1. I won't be paying this 2. This is a clear case of bad work. 3. They even put down $70 for "Covid gear," considering neither of them was wearing proper PPE, and I had to tell them to remove their shoes outside of my apt I call BS on the "Covid Gear." AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
