Ordered a jacket in Jan 2022. I was sent a link with a shipping label. 6 months later, the shipping link still says the label was created but not in a system. I emailed the company 5 times with the same apology message and that it will be shipped within the next 2 weeks with delays because of Covid. The last reply was in April. Still no jacket. They will not refund my purchase for lack of purchased product.Initial Complaint

In Dec 2021 I ordered 2 of the kangaroo sweatshirts and receive an email stating they were low on stock. Emailed several times and got an answer from Merrhic saying he would escalate to a manager. Never received a response so emailed again requesting my money back. Have sent several emails and have received no more responses.Initial Complaint

Ordered ****** **** ******** sweater for 34.80usd in green 3xl on Dec 30 2021. Stated on confirmation email that it would ship within 10 days. Waited until January 22 and emailed with no answer. Emailed again Feb 13 and recd message back 14th Feb that they would have someone e get back to me. No further msg received. Emailed again Feb 23 and got msg back 25 saying there was and error in their system and tracking wasn't showing. That they would get it figured out right away. I emailed again Mar 3rd as no response and Mar 5 saying they would escalate to a manager. Again nothing. I emailed Mar 16 and now today with no response.Initial Complaint

On December 29, 2021, I ordered a ******** **** ******* Hoodie from Back To RealiTee and paid $29.95 USD. They sent me a confirmation email with a link to track my order. Early January, 2022 I checked the status of my order and it said it was delivered to my address December 2, 2021 which is almost a month before I even ordered it. I've emailed them multiple times about this issue and at first they said that it would be shipped shortly but 3 months later they've stopped responding all together and I still haven't received my order. I'd like a refund from these scammers or to actually receive my order. Thank you *********Initial Complaint

I ordered two jackets from Back to Realitee on January 3rd. I got an email saying there was a supply problem and I would get the order by the end of January. They haven’t been delivered yet and I’m not even sure they have sent them as I have twice gotten incorrect tracking information. They rarely reply to my emails and have provided no solution rather than apologies and the promise they will look into the problem.Initial Complaint

I ordered a sweatshirt for this company in December. It was suppose to ship in 7 days. A month later I received an email stating it would be shipped by the end of January. It is now the end of February and still no item. The company will not issue a refund or respond to any emails asking for one. Do not order from this company.
