I schedule Lambert Plumbing & Heating, LTD plumber on January 30th Tuesday to inspect a leaking drain pipe cleanout in my living room. The technician arrives at around 10:55 AM. He brought a Straight Pipe Wrench, Hammer, and Screw Driver in a bucket. He then opened up the cleanout cover. The cleanout turns out to have a slotted rectangular recessed adaptor. He proceeded to use the s**** and hammer on the cleanout to try to get the build-up material off, plus try to get the cleanout to open by hammering on it with a s**** This did not work, so he started to ****** and ******* how to open this type of cleanout. After that, he went back to his van and got a prybar, crowbar, and a plier and tried to spin the cleanout open again. It did not work. Then he proceeded to hammer on the cleanout again to get the build-up material off. Then he told me that the glue around the cleanout might be new, even though there were already sewage ****s on it. If they were new, there shouldn't be a sewage **** on them. Due to such action, I then call off the work because it seems to me from the surface that he doesn't have the tools to open the cleanouts or the knowledge. I don't want him to break the entire pipe and we will not be able to use the washroom at all. I talked to the technician and the guy that booked this visit on the phone and they indicated that since a technician is already sent out, they have to charge me. During the booking, I did tell them to the best of my knowledge that the cleanout might already be moving because that's what I saw from a distance when the Strata sent their technician here to inspect, however, I did state that this technician is not a plumber. On my later call to them the following day to obtain the invoice and official documentation for insurance, I did mention that the technician did not have the right tool, but the person from Lamber on the call did not respond to that.**** ***** ** ***** ******* ** ****** ******** ***** **************

I am very disappointed with the Lambert's Plumber by the name of Henry. He came to look at our shower on November 9, 2022 which was leaking water thru the suspected faucet knob, pane or valve cartridge into the ceiling of the living room downstairs. He said he was going to order the parts that needs to be replaced and is now January 3, 2023, I still have not heard from him or the Lambert office even after calling at least 3 times to the office and talking to 3 different person. After the plumber left, water was still leaking from the valve cartridge even though we did not use the shower for a few days probably it was not tightened when he took it apart. I can see bubbles and water stain on the ceiling. If they cannot fix the problem, at least let me know so that I can find another company.

We were originally called out to this clients home mid November for a leaking shower valve. We diagnosed the issue and let the client know we would have to return. There unfortunately was a delay with us getting back to this client as there were some communication lapses between our office and the technician. Because of this, as a courtesy, we refunded the client one invoice. We did return for a final repair and the job was completed mid January. We are happy to say the client was satisfied after we refunded the invoice and completed the job. We have come to a resolution with this complaint which is very important our company we provide 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.

    Thanks!
