    Such excellent work. I would recommend them and use them in them in the future. When I said that the job was good enough I was told that it had to be outstanding, not just ok. And it is. I enjoyed talking with them; especially their sense of humor. Got good answers to my picky questions and never got shut down for asking dumb questions. Great to find such outstanding techs. Real treasure.

    This was the 3rd company we had in to look at our heat pump. Our heat pump was very loud and was smelling like fish. Another **** company referred me to ****** from Equinox because he felt ****** was better suited to our needs and felt the fish smell could be dangerous. After ****** had worked a full day, he took the ceiling apart, moved my washer and dryer out of the way, so he could get up there and take a good look at what was wrong. He took pictures, tightened everything up, cleaned everything out, and made sure he had a clear understanding of what was happening. My unit is running perfectly with no issues. He also knows exactly what kind of unit to replace it with when its end of life arrives. I am so confident referring him to anyone who is looking for someone that does amazing work, is fairly priced and comes with a smile on their face! After having two other companies coming and looking at it, and saying it was near its end of life, and doing nothing, what a breath of fresh air!!! We no longer have to turn up the volume of the tv when the air conditioner comes on. Thank you ******!

    Both ****** and Juwan are awesome. I have a Navian Combi Boiler that stopped working in the Spring when it was still cold and ****** came to help with trouble shooting the issue. He was on the phone with Navian and after a dozen blown fuses, he helped me find the issue and fixed it under $1,000 (where the first company that came to us recommanded a $15,000 replacement). Juwan came to help us fix the gas intake (because the original Indian builder attached a 1/2" gas intake line to the 3/4" pipe resulting insufficient gas). Juwan's work is clean and beautiful.
