    I requested a quote for an air conditioning system for my private residence. On 02 July 2022, Angel's Heating and Cooling sent two men who gave me an agreement on paper for a system which I signed and gave them a down payment of $4,000.00 CDN which is noted on the agreement form. A week later, I was notified that Angel's Heating would install the system on 29 July 2022 at 9 a.m. They didn't show or call about missing the appointment so I called them and their switchboard advised me that the parts had not yet arrived, and as soon as they have them they would contact me for installation. I waited two weeks with no communication, so I called them, they apologized and said they expect the parts soon, please wait. After another couple of weeks in the hottest weather the lower mainland has seen I called again. I was then connected to a very nice young lady (Sabrina) who was most apologetic and said they would send a rep to my house to discuss the "mis-communication". That evening a gentleman from Angel's Heating came and advised me that the system I had ordered was of inferior quality and if I gave him an additional $3,000.00 CDN he would ensure a system from the US would be installed in much faster time and the quality would be much better. This seemed very odd to me since the agreement I had signed said that system came with a 10 year Guarantee on All Parts, All Labour and Materials. I refused his offer *********** **** **** ** *** ******** *** ******* * **** ** *** * ** *** *********** *** **** * *********** ****** ****** *** **** **** *** ************ *** ** ****** ***** * ******* ** **** *************** He left my home without giving me any indication as to when I might get an installed system. I have made several calls to the company advising them that I want a full refund and to cancel my order. Two months ago, I was told a gentleman would come to my house and give me a refund minus a fee because they had to order the parts a second time - I'm most bewildered by the fee since they obviously ordered the parts on 2 July, and I am being blamed for them ordering a second set of parts, neither of which has been delivered?? I have given them every opportunity to deliver or refund my deposit through numerous phone calls and to this date, it has been at least two months with no communication from them whatsoever. *** ****** ************

    I used ******* Heating in Jan2023 when my boiler broke down because of the weather.**** and ****** came over promptly and replaced with a new one overnight and kept us warm during winter.They came back today to fix the fireplace and ****** went above and beyond to rehook my dryer vent which had fallen off.Great guys.I have no hesitation in using their services in the future.
