    Gotfreefax is a wholly owned subsidiary of Vannet Technology Co. It provides digital facsimile services (outgoing). I have subscribed for years with no issues with domestic faxes. The service claims that you can send international facsimiles. I funded my international account months (if not years ago) to send international faxes to ******, which are confirmed and verified to be operational facsimile numbers. But whenever I try to send one to Uganda Police Force, *******************, or the ***************** the fax invariably fails. The offices in question have been contacted before, during and after business hours at different times. The statistical odds that the facsimile numbers for three federally funded offices all consistently fail have to be in the billions if not trillions. I have repeatedly requested an explanation from Gotfreefax for why every single fax I attempt to transmit to ****** fails to no avail. The complaint was escalated to ******* *****, the owner of Vannet ************************. The principal has not bothered to respond to my concerns that Gotfreefax does not actually offer ***************************
