    *************** Business Steals Others Work and Misrepresents It as Their Own I am filing a complaint against ****** **** ******* - the owner of Blink and Brow Room for unethical and misleading business practices. The business has been repeatedly stealing photos and videos of other professionals work and posting them on its ****** Maps profile and social media accounts (such as Instagram and ********), claiming the work as their own.This misrepresentation deceives potential clients, damages the reputation of the original artists whose work is being stolen, and violates fair competition and advertising standards. Customers are being led to believe that the results shown were created by this business, which is false.I have documented evidence of the stolen images and their original sources, showing that they were taken without permission.When I publicly commented on one of the businesss posts to point out that the image belonged to another artist, the business blocked me instead of responding or removing the stolen content. This shows clear awareness of the issue and an unwillingness to take responsibility.After I left a ****** review describing this issue, the owner created a new ****** Business address seemingly to avoid the negative review and continue misleading customers. The previous address was **************************************************************************************** This clearly shows a pattern of intentional deception and avoidance of accountability I respectfully request that BBB investigate this business for misleading advertising and intellectual property theft.     I am writing to sincerely apologize for my actions regarding the complaint I made about taking photos of someone's profiles. Upon reflection, I understand that my behavior was inappropriate and could have caused discomfort or concern to the individual involved.

    I deeply regret any distress I may have caused and acknowledge that my actions did not respect the privacy and boundaries of others. It was never my intention to infringe upon anyone's personal space or to create an uncomfortable situation.

    I am committed to learning from this experience and ensuring that I handle similar situations more appropriately in the future. I appreciate your understanding and patience as I work through this matter.

    I also wanna clarify all the Governors Court on ****** from my destination I am no longer there and I did move . I cant get no access into that ****** business . I cannot phone them. Theres nothing I can do to even get into that account and I did move to a new location on ************* in ******* snd made a new account for it on business ******  . And when she had sent me that note to reply I shouldve replied right away and I guess I got scared and I didnt know what to do And I was extremely embarrassed And I shouldve replied to  back then , and I am sorry . This will not happen again. Everything has been deleted off all accounts and as I have my own and will never put any other peoples photos on my website, only my own. I will attach I will attach my business account above . I just use blink and a brow room when I was with ****** health in ******** I was told that that was OK because I didnt like my other name and I couldnt find one so for my name for Business I use a blink and brow for tax purposes, I use dazzle and Dash . Im currently working with the city of ******* now to be licensed with ************* . 


    Again i want to express my deepest apologies for taking your photo without your consent. I recognize that it was completely inappropriate, and I am truly sorry for any discomfort or distress it caused you.
