    Ive been trying to contact this company. Nobody answers the phone in the claims department. It always goes to a voicemail. So I leave a voicemail and no one returns the call. The name on the voicemail is ******* but ******* does not return phone calls. Maybe she does when she feels like it, Its hard to tell, just not mine.Very frustrating.

    Not good. Half the time they "miss" or "forget" or have an unknown error. So getting reimbursement can and will take a long time. If you are not diligent and pressing them you will be dismissed. Typical insurance company they want your membership fees but don't want to pay your coverage.
