    Never did reach out to me by my phone to settle yearly bill payments or query move of address.. I requested service stopped many years ago but was told I still have an active account with no confirmation I wanted it closed. Also no papers were sent via email or address. No phone call to request those papers or confirm they were received . They have continued to charge on my account ( for their errors ) and have not settled the affairs but claim no responsibility for their part ..more money for me to pay for services I thought were canceled.

    Its terrible . The initial idea was lovely and I supported and made my payments for over ************************************************************************************************** writing . They continued to increase the amount and said they would send me to collections . Two years later still no collection and the amount they are charging has tripled and continue to get billed . So when they send me to collections it will be a bigger amount of $1,100 not $498 when I first wanted to cancel .Need this stopped ASAP
