    SimplyPrime has made a big difference for our appliance repair business. Before we started using it, we were buried in paperwork and always scrambling with scheduling issues. Now, everythings in one place and the system just works the way we need it to. The scheduling tool is super easy to use, and the assistant makes sure we get the right info up front, which has cut down on those annoying little mistakes. Its helped our office stay way more organized, and our team isnt constantly chasing updates. Customers like the reminders and clean invoices, and weve seen way fewer no-shows and better feedback overall. Ive already told a few people in other trades about itits honestly been one of the best tools weve added. Just wish we found it sooner.
