    Signed up in April with Simply Connect for 2 new phones and a shared data plan. At first phones worked fine but after a few months, they started dropping the internet connection. Reboot usually fixed it but now nothing works except phone calls and texting. I'm using my old phone to write this review, no choice. Simply Connect will not give us better replacement phones until the 2 years are up as per contract. I strongly suggest to stay away from this company. Their after sales service is terrible.

    Although the account holder was successfully contacted, we
    do require further time to investigate the shared concerns.

    A solution has not been found yet. Only a new and better phone will fix the issue as it's the *** model that's the problem.
