            I got the water leak from the upstairs unit which May 3 and my insurance company came to open up the ceiling about May 6, 2022, then they didn't seal the ceiling hole about 13' by 20" and I had asked the adjuster **** what happened if the apartment upstairs leak again and asked them to contact the unit upstairs to investigate and told me me them to contact their insurance. **** didn't give me any information about what happen if it happened again. On June 15, 2022, upstairs leaked the water again in the morning at about 5 am, and calling the building manager and pumper, and Insurance adjuster **** and he told me there will be a second claim as it was leaking again. I told him why he didn't tell me that at the beginning which I am not going to pay 2000 dollars for the 2nd time of leak but he had given the existing like the car vehicle which every time new incident you have to make a claim I told him they had not closed the first claim and why they are charging me a 2nd claim and ripping off people and increasing my premium. .

            The claims on my house has been completed recently. File number is ********. Although the period of processes exceed the original budget time, mainly due to efficiencies of contractor is so so. However, Darren H*(handler) assisted me a lot in solving the problems during the processes. His performances and working attitudes are very good. I would like to take this chance to show my appreciation to him. Wish him have a bright career and future!
