    I bought 11 doors from AAA windows and doors they made 4 doors under sized the sales *** came and measured three times and still they made 4 doors too small according to the framed door opening The sales *** ********** told me and my installer to fill in plywood and use the doors and he would supply the finishing materials. The sales *** did not supply the finishing supply we decided to return the other two doors along with a door jam one of the doors was damaged they came and picked up the doors and I have text message confirmation they picked up the doors and text message they would refund when I went to the shop they refused to refund and they refused the door was damaged I have before and after pictures of the door I would appreciate them refunding the two doors and compensation for the two other doors they made undersized I'm seeking $879.20 for the doors and $500 for the undersized doors cause I had to pay more for install and materials.

    Yes, the customer purchased 11 custom ******************** from AAA Windows & Doors and accepted delivery after verifying the order and paying the invoice in full. This was a renovation project where the customer chose to handle the installation personally rather than use a professional installer.
    Our sales representative explained at the time of order that the existing slabs were an older full size of 36" x 80", but new replacement slabs are manufactured at ******" x 79". The customer accepted these dimensions before we shipped.
    Later the customer requested that we pick up one of the doors. Even though custom-sized doors are generally non-returnable and not re-saleable, we retrieved the door and issued a refund in good faith to resolve the matter.
    At this point the transaction has been settled and was acceptable to both parties. AAA Windows & Doors strives to act fairly and satisfy our customers even in challenging renovation situations.

    I am writing to file a complaint regarding AAA windows . I purchased doors and windows from this company, and I was assured that the warranty for these products was for 10 years. Unfortunately, the doors are now leaking water through the glass.Upon contacting the company initially, I was informed that the issue would be covered under the warranty. I was instructed to send an email with pictures of the problem, which I did. However, I received no response. I followed up with a second email but still did not receive any reply.When I called the company again, I was told that the doors are not covered under the warranty and that only the windows are. This contradicts the information provided to me at the time of purchase. The company is failing to honor their warranty as stated, and I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter.
