Dealing with Anmol Appliances has been an absolute nightmare. They came to look at our washing machine for a possible repair, they told us that the motherboard was broken and that it would need to be replaced. They said they would take our old machine and replace it with another, however the machine they replaced it with was not the same so it created an obvious safety hazard as the top machine was bigger than the bottom one and because they didn’t secure them together, it moved around when in use. The machine they brought us was dirty and not as nice as our previous machine. When our landlord brought this up to them, they denied it and said it was better…when they came into our home, they damaged our hard wood floors because they pulled the machine across the floor, they never said anything about it to us and when confronted with it, they again denied that they had caused the damage. They left our bathroom dirty both times they came, dirty foot prints in our bathtub and dark finger prints all over the door. On top of all of this, they were horrible with arranging times to come, they would tell us they would come and then just not show up, this happened several times. They would tell us they will be here at a certain time and then either try to show up very early or come late. Save yourself the hassle and go with a company who actually prioritizes their customers needs. If I could leave zero stars I would.
