I have been asking at local Marijuana stores for pure oil for a few months and I was told that it wasn't readily available. I went to Firestone Cannabis store and asked once again if they had any smokable cannabis oil. The young woman looked into her inventory binder and said that they did. I told her that I was looking for smokable oil and she replied they just got some in and went to the back returning with a box of what I thought was the oil I was looking for.
Now I am a senior with trouble reading fine print because of an abundance of eye floaters. She mentioned they have trouble keeping stock of this oil so buying 2 of them made sense. After getting home and opening a box I knew something was wrong because it came in a plastic bottle. I pulled the stopper and looked at the liquid in the bottle and immediately knew this was not the item I had asked for. When I returned to the store there was 3 or 4 people behind the counter whom seemed to be enjoying the fact that I wanted my money back for the unopened box. I thought the idea behind business was to satisfy the needs of their customers. I was told that after stepping through the door I could not return anything followed by more demeaning laughter and comments.
Who ever owns this store is certainly has no business ethics. If there are not any returns they should have to post a sign saying absolutely no returns even if we lied to make the sale. I would not have bothered to report this except for the demeaning way I was treated it. I don't mind paying for the box that was opened but the other is still in exactly the condition as it was new. To say we don't care if you were miss informed but because you stepped out the door we got your money Hahahaha!!!!!! What a poor way to run a business and certainly warrants a warning to other customers. Sorry I misplaced the receipt but will continue to search for it.
    Thank You
