My Experience with Roof Effex was AMAZING. I Owned and operated my own interior/Exterior Decorating and painting company for 24 years, so I am pretty darn picky as to whom I trust with my home, and it was a pleasant surprise to FINALLY come across a company that shared the same work ethic as I did. The crew that worked on our home, consisted of 4 individuals ***** ******* ****** *** *****,.. and right from the start, they put my mind at ease.. ,..in this case, We have a large 670 sq ft RoofTop Patio, which had been leaking off and on, since we bought our home in 2009, its 2021. Flat roof's are difficult for the most experienced roofer, but flat top roof, thats ALSO a patio, well now, THATS a challenge. So you can imagine how attentive I was with Roof Effex.... I was amazed to see each individual working throughout the entire time they were here, except for 1 lunch break daily,.. they showed up on time, often early.. and to watch them work was like watching a busy bee's nest, every person had a job to do, and they co-ordinated they're jobs like a well oiled machine, with precise expertise, They took pictures Before, during and after, the entire procedure from tear down to completion, so we had all the evidence everything was completed to perfection. All 4 individuals were friendly, professional, and trustworthy. It was the BEST experience I have ever had with a construction crew... it was a pleasant surprise to see, they left the entire work area cleaner than when they began,.even cleaning the inside of my garage !!? ( The rooftop patio is above our attached garage..). How amazing to see a company today that Puts the customer first, above all else... and shows pride in the workmanship they leave behind. The company also provided us with a warranty that rivals EVERY other company I've run across today, and the Prices were extremely competitive.... EVERYTHING you could want, in a roofing company is rolled up in one very sweet package right there with ROOF EFFEX,.. there is no need to ever go anywhere else for my roofing needs. I would, and I have, recommended this company to everyone I know, Family, friends and anyone needing roofing repair or replacement.
