  Top notch customer service! After a surprisingly interesting science ******* Septech was able to assess and inform me of the issues with my septic system.The team was able to find a considerably cheaper option to fix my issues and better prepare for future upgrades. The septic field has greatly improved. After having the alarm go off, (and personally accepting a call at 7am) it was assessed next day and promptly resolved when said problem reoccurred and being identified as a float issue the following week.   I have a 30 year septic field that was starting to show its age, and beginning to fail (i.e. soggy ground, surface water). *** did an evaluation and suggested the problems could be fixed using ************ technology. I was a little sceptical about using their technology to remediate the field, but compared to replacing it totally, it was a chance I was willing to try. What a pleasant surprise! After just two weeks, differences are already apparent. No more surface water, no more soggy septic field. I can actually walk the field without having to wear boots, and now walk it in sandals without getting my feet wet. And no more smelly septic tank as a bonus!No high stress sales tactics, just sage advice, and a solution that is working. Installation of equipment was timely, and took only a couple of hours.I would recommend anyone with Septic Field issues to contact SepTech Canada.
