5 starsI had one sprinkler head that was not spraying in its coverage area. The appointment was booked last week for today. I was contacted by phone and email that the service technician (*******************************) was on the way. He arrived early in the time range I was provided. The sprinkler was adjusted to my satisfaction. He also verified the front yard coverage before leaving.Very excellent service.Naiad Irrigation Systems Ltd.

I have used a previous service company in ******* for over 20 years and each year their service declines. 5 starsI have used Naiad for about 15 years now and they are just excellent. I recently had my timer controller upgraded, and from appointment to install everything was just great. I really like the appointment communications, you are reminded of upcoming appointments, when the employee is on the way and a picture of the employee.
