    Had taken my vehicle there was mentioned to me I needed new breaks. So I asked them if they can do it. They booked me in and did the breaks and rotors. Noticed on the drive home something was not right heard a grinding noise so took it back and they said they didn't do it properly so they attempted again, but still nothing has changed with the noise and was worse cause the breaks seemed like they weren't grabbing and would slip making the breaks seem to skip while adding pressure. Thanks LD them the issue took it back and they still said nothing was wrong. I knew it was wrong because it wasn't like that prior to taking my car there had a second opinion at Kal cause they do diagnostics with no charge he told my the pad was grinding into the rotor. ?? I called tire source and mentioned what I was told and he complained to me that it was coming out of his pocket. But didn't seem to care that I paid for services and have warranty on these breaks and could possibly be causing more issues to other parts nothing has been resolved and are avoiding me I don't know what to do because I'm on a limited income and can't afford to take somewhere else and pay for the same services because they couldn't/ can't do it . I wish they would have mentioned to me that they were only a tire shop and were not experienced in auto mechanics
