    Communication is the worst with this company. I created a verbal agreement to pay after getting a letter in the email that was dated wrong. Never responds to emais I send. That verbal agreement was done with the manager of that location, ****. No notice was given that "******" disagreed a week later and I was demanded to give back the keys and that it would be trespassing if I went in my office. It is now over 3 months later trying to get my intelectual property, childrens confidential documents like a birth certificates and photos, client and business data. If they want the furnature and equipment, so be it. It is worth more then what was owed. But the rest they can't have. I feel unsafe and violated. Any time I call about this matter and request ******* information, I am told he can't give out her information or a way to reach her directly. All excuses and power lay in her hands. This doesn't count the months of trying to get signage or internet or the mouse infestation or the physical damages to property, or their pretend cameras and the doors not being secured the way they pretend they are. Don't trust this company with anything of yours.
