    Avoid Silverstone Homes at All Costs Building with Silverstone Homes under ****** ***** was the worst home-building experience weve ever had. His arrogant, dismissive attitude made every step difficult, and he refused to take responsibility for major issues.Key Problems:Poor-quality vinyl plank flooring separating throughout the home Swelling trims and baseboards, unfinished bathroom trim work Front entrance door deficiencies Garage concrete cracking with low spots that collect water Basement flood caused by a drain pipe installed the wrong way, damaging expensive stored items The trades themselves were excellent, but ****************** and customer service were unacceptable. During our one-year walkthrough, he dismissed our concerns and blamed others. When we filed a home warranty claim something weve never had to do with other builders he reacted poorly and told us warranty was only for bad builders.Bottom line: Save yourself the grief. Choose builders like True Line Homes or Leabon Homes, who use the same great trades but provide far better service and accountability.
