    On August 7th, 2024 I made a purchase of $36.95 for a **** the Dragon medium sized weighted plushie. I was given a tracking link that did not work. I did reach out and the company let me know the plushie was on it's way. When I received the plushie, it was not as described. It was much smaller than the website said and it was not weighted at all. I reached out by email to the company on Monday August 12th to request a refund. The company responded and asked why I wanted to return the item. They never responded after I requested the return. I emailed 4 more times with no response. I also tried to call the number on the website and it was disconnected.

    I purchased this plush from this company on Tuesday December 5th 2023. However it took a month to arrive here when shipping was promised as advertised on their website as 2-3 weeks. I also payed for priority shipping from the company and still got scammed as it had no effect on shipping time. The product finally came on January 12, 2024 however when I opened the package, it was not the product advertised on the website. I have contacted them numerous time and have long email strings from them that I can provide as well as receipts of purchased and pictures of the item in question compared to an Authentic one purchased to compare the differences. They have refused to give me a refund by not replying to my email at all when they claim on the website that its 60-day return and 24/7 support which I have had none of at all. On their shopify website their are dozens of reviews from people in my situation that I have screen shots of and links of if needed as well. This is not ok and I have not gotten any support from the company to help with this issue. I have emails proving that they would not be refunding me and have been ignoring any peaceful reconciliation while also lying about shipping which I also have screen shots of if needed. I would ultimately like a refund for this whole ordeal since it is clear they have no

    On or about 11/19/ 2023 I placed an order with this company for one of their weighted plushies. I received email confirmation that the order had been shipped on 11/22. I reached out on 12/1/2023 to check on my order status. The shipment had been in Jamaica ** for days with no movement. I was told to keep my eye on the tracking link that my order would be here soon. I reached out again on 12/3/2023, 12/11/2023 and again today. Was told each time that it would arrive this week. Still no movement on the package and the final email today was rude and flippant. I have asked several times for a refund and was told no. Now it is a month later and I have no product and no money back.
