      I was using Surex as my broker for Travelers auto insurance. This was a big mistake. Not only did they never respond to my communications, they didn't even have an active policy for me for a few weeks without even telling me! Imagine if I had gotten into an accident and tried to make a claim through my insurance.. then they proceed to tell me I would have still been covered. Sorry, but that's not how it works in the world if you don't have a policy in place!The communication with anyone there was absolutely ridiculous - left hand not talking to the right hand and caused us much stress! Then they proceed to tell us that they're raising my premium which I simply can't afford and so I canceled it.. now, months long after I've moved on to another company that I can afford and have a good relationship with, Surex is claiming that I owe them over $300?! I don't think so! Not only did they hide facts from me while I was insured with them, they didn't even tell me anything about my policy not even being active until I noticed the money for the payments weren't leaving my bank account and they're like.. oh! Yeah by the way, you weren't covered that's why we didn't take from you! so casually like my life didn't matter at all!So after the frustration and stress I went through with them, they still won't leave me alone! If anything I should be getting compensated for everything that they put me through! Drop this money grabbing lie you keep trying to push onto me and leave me alone!Surex/Travelers Insurance are absolutely terrible!!!

      Condo insurance that was cancelled in December 2024. Business continues to withdraw money from my account. Contacted the compnay * times regarding this. Signed * documents stating the account has been cancelled effective dec *******. Business tells me it has been handled but instead takes money out of my account again. No refund has been issued. I have placed a temporary stop payment on my bank account so they can not access funds but my banking institution has made it very clear it is temporary and if surex attempts to take the money again it may go through. I want this company to stop effective immediately & issue a refund for anything taken out of my account post December.
