I am still in disbelief about how Kerber Floors has not cared about customer service and disrespected our home. **** was great to deal with at the beginning. Beginning of May 2022, there were scheduling issues and weren't able to come on the days they planned. This resulted in our family sleeping on air mattresses, setting them up each night and taking them down each morning as we were advised each day that today they will come and then they never came for 3 days. We were given a $500 discount for this inconvenience. The workers completed the work in 2 day, entire main floor. Last day, I came home to a huge mess outside our home, and inside our home even when I left a shop vac in the house. Workers left 3 piles of their debris in our home, debris in furnace ducts, scratch/scuff marks on our floors from moving the appliances, boards that were not clicked together, gaps between the planks, boards cut too short under our dishwasher, gouged the back of our cupboards to put the planks underneath, lack of silicone done and loose boards. That night, I spent cleaning up the mess, that I paid Kerber Floors to do and scrubbing the scuff/scratch marks off. Some came out but many did not. Called Kerber Floors next **************** came, took pictures and said this would all get corrected. Time passed - sent ****, the owner, with another worker to fix the issues. **** told me that this was too big of a job to fix, so he left. Before he left I asked him if he was going to clean up the mess outside. He cleaned for less than 2 mins and kicked the rocks around. I had to ask him to clean up the mess off our front steps. I received an email from **** stating that **** sees everything as non-issues and that there's an industry standard, that was never communicated. **** lied right to my face. Kerber Floors did not care about the quality of work that was completed in our home. They did not care about the mess that was left in front of our home.
