    Nov 3,4,5 Room was less than well kept Additionally there was bugs...not bedbugs, nonetheless I was bitten on the soft side of my right breast in the middle of the night while sleeping. I captured said bug and took it to the guy on duty.In the morning, I spoke to mod she offered a chocolate bar for compensation. No just no.Not acceptable. A mo th into this BW refuses to accept their facilities was not upto snuff and there were bugs.help.

    It has been explained to this guest on numerous occasions that the guest encountered an Boxelder bug; commonly referred to as a maple bug, which is a nuisance pest, does not bite and not hazardous as per definition below (**********************************************************************).  Guest spoke to our front desk agent who reported alleged guest incident.  Maintenance follow up concluded it was a Boxelder bug; commonly referred to as a maple bug which is a nuisance pest, does not bite and not hazardous.  ************ Manager concluded findings with guest who was not accepting of our explanation.  Guest was referred to General Manager who spoke with guest and concluded findings with guest who was not accepting of hotel findings.  Guest continues with this complaint to the BBB that our hotel is 'not up to snuff'.  BW ************ Inn & Suites is an award winning property with ************************** including an above average score on our last BW brand inspection.  BW ************ Inn & Suites has been the #1 hotel on Tripadvisor since our opening in 2014 and the winner of numerous, consecutive AHLA Housekeeping Awards (discontinued through COVID).  BW ************ Inn & Suites has consistently been either a BW Chairman Award winner (top 5% in NA) or BW Director Award winner (top 20% in NA) since opening in 2014.  BW ************ Inn & Suites continues to operate at a very high level with processes and procedures in place should there be any issues in housekeeping, maintenance, OHS and the like which was activated to respond to this guest concern.  Just because a guest doesn't like our answer on the maple bug which she alleged was found in her room does not give the guest a free hand to continue to harass a business who operates consistently above average bordering on excellent.

    Once again I will consider this matter closed and will provide no further time on this file nor entertain further communication or harassment from this guest.
