    We hired BMK Contracting (***************************) to finish a basement. $14,000 was given to him to start a 4 week job which turned into 4 months with only a small amount of framing and rough in plumbing and electrical being complete. **** said he was having trouble getting sub trades. After some investigation, BMK is not paying some of his sub trades so that is why they are not working for BMK. I asked for a refund, **** says "next week", but has not given us a refund after several weeks. **** does to stand by his word and has no integrity. DO NOT HIRE BMK!
