This place is a ******** **** either that or their maintenance staff and service manger aren’t licensed mechanics or are completely incompetent. I took my Intruder there to get a tire change. Less then 24 hours after I dropped it off I get a call from one of their bike mechanics Dan. Dan tells me that my battery which was completely fine when I dropped it off was dead and I was super lucky because he had one left on the shelf for 157 dollars. After telling him I didn’t believe there was anything wrong with the battery and Dan explaining to me how awesomely experiences and qualified he was and that he totally knew what he was talking about said he would see if he could get it to hold a charge. He told me that the rear rotor was fine just a little grooved but the brake pad would wear into it. I had them check that because there was a squeak coming from the rear tire. I hung up from Dan and spoke to his service manager who talked to me like I was an idiot. I told the service manager to call me the next day because I wasn’t interested in speaking to the all experienced Dan. Fast forward to the next day. The service manager calls me and tells me that there was nothing wrong with the battery but the charging system on the bike was no good and it could cost upwards to 1500 plus to fix it. On top of that the rotor that was fine the day before all of a sudden was warped and the front brake pad was less then 1 percent though I still have no clue why they were looking into the front tire when the bike was there to have a rear tire put on ?????. Well I tell them I’m going to just come pick it up. I show up pay for the tire install which was more then I was quoted and left. After I got home i noticed that they had the choke all the way on when I backed it off the bike died. First thing I checked was the idle set screw. Someone had backed it off all the way so the bike idled so low it would stall. After I set the idle screw it ran fine. Then I hooked the battery up to my battery t
