      Began diaper service with Happy Nappy in April 2024, terminated services December 2024. Our account is under the #********* paid average of $36 per week for the service not including the start up cost. We were gifted credit to our account from a friend in June 2024 of $150.Weeks before canceling service in December, I left notes with the driver of the service, voicemails to the company, as well as emails to provide statement of account, and either use the credit before we cancel service or please refund the credit on our account to the credit card on file. Aside from this issue, we also left multiple notes about refund because we were paying for diaper covers that we didn't have. There was no follow up about these issues so we canceled service. I emailed company in January to issue $150 refund because we canceled. There has been no response from company owner and no refund.

      We purchased a year of cloth diaper service beginning in late September/ early October 2024. Fairly quickly after our service had begun, the owner of this business sent an email saying that there would no longer be contact with the business via phone and limited contact with the business via email. The primary contact was to be written notes left on the bags that were picked up each week. As the service has progressed, we have made numerous attempts to contact the service via email, phone, and notes left on the bags for the drivers and have had all of these attempts ignored. We have had the wrong size of diaper delivered numerous times, meaning we have had to purchase disposable diapers to use for the week as the business does not respond to our contact attempts. We have been told by the driver when face to face with them that they will return the next business day with the correct size of diaper, which did not occur. We have been told by a driver on a separate occasion that they will ensure that the boss of this company will contact us after a month of us trying to make contact, and this did not happen. In the previously mentioned email, the owner of this business states that they have a separate job and that impacts their ability to run the business being referenced in this complaint. While that is understandable, we have paid for a service that is not being fulfilled. We have asked for a refund for the remaining time of our service (the package we purchased contained a 'weekly price' so we are fine with paying that price for the weeks we have used up until the middle of January when we made the initial request to cancel services). We request your help in coming to a resolution to this issue as the business does not seem interested in talking to us.
