I bought my home in October 2011 from Kydan homes and have had an issue with my front door being frozen shut and unusable every winter due to improper install, I have been in contact with the business for over 10 years regarding this issue and he keeps pushing me off and pushing me off I told him I would file a complaint if he didn’t do his part and replace the door so he gave me a date of today November 15, 2022 he now says the door didn’t arrive (it’s supposed to have been ordered for 6 months) I do not believe it was ordered in the first place. The owner has been terrible to deal with and when it’s -40 degrees outside and im standing outside unable to get in my home with 2 cold children this poses a safety hazard.. also a safety hazard when I am inside my home and the doors are frozen and I cannot get out.. even the other 2 entrances have door problems and he was supposed to replace seals. He will not respond to me and I have had enough of trying to be the nice guy and help him out.. this is my family and the safety of my family.. I need help resolving the issue as he is known to do this to people.. I know specifically of others with door issues while he is also ignoring It’s hard to tell from the photos but you can see outside and the seals in the side lights are broken
