            BUYER BEWARE!I was gifted a sweater from the Southgate Store for Christmas and was advised they would not return or exchange the item even though I had the original receipt, gift receipt, bag and tags on the item. I am appalled at the return policy, giving someone 14 days to return an item, especially one purchased as a Christmas gift, is outrageous! I must say I am extremely disappointed with their return policy...not even a store credit was offered. I will be no longer shopping at their stores because of this. They need to get with the times... there are so many more stores that have beautiful products that offer up to 3 months return/credit with receipt and tags.

            It is unfortunate that you feel this way. Our holiday return policy was widely published on numerous platforms: "Any items purchased as a gift from November 1, 2022 to December 24, 2022 could be returned up to and including January 9, 2023. " Our Holiday Return Policy was :- On the website daily and in our FAQs. - In Newsletters - which was published daily to all subscribers.- In Stores and had signage in dressing rooms and at the point of sale counter - Explained in Leaflets that were stapled to gift receipts and given out to every customer - reflected on all social media channels If the gift was purchased on or before Nov 1, the holiday return policy was not active. However our store teams were instructed to accept the return up to and including January 9 (a full 16 days after Christmas). While there may be other businesses that offer a longer return windows we feel that ours is largely consistent with the Fashion Industry and we have gone to considerable lengths to ensure it is widely understood.
