    We bought a brand new house in ************, paid $****. The windows (** of them) slowly started turning black and then fogging up till you could not see through them. Fancy windows came out and said yes the manufacture they were using was faulty and the windows were all turning black. They were not windows intended for our climate and they would fix them....they fixed almost half and said we will fix them all as they are all going, They cam out and measured the rest of the windows and months later indicated they were not paid by the builders so have put our home on hold. I complained and said these windows are faulty and have to be changed, we do not have anything to do with the builder and your dispute. A few weeks later the service team called and said we are coming to install the ** windows. We were so delighted, I took the day off work (Aug **, 20**) and moved all the neccesary furnature and ** minutes before the booking they called and cancelled and said they will not be installing the windows. I have called and sent emails with no response again. It would cost us around $**-$*** to replace

    Warrantee on Windows.
    My house is a new build. 4 1/2 years old. They keep installing complete garbage. The seals keep going. They have changed the windows twice. They came May 19/2022 to measure all the windows to replace them. They said it would be 4 weeks. I then called. Then they said 16 weeks. I called in September. They forgot about me. Said it would be 6 weeks. But they were on it. Called November 4 as they requested. Said it would be 6 weeks. Called December and said they were manufacturing them on the 15th. I called 16th. Still nothing. Called January 4. They said they would stop giving me the run around, they would be manufactured on the 11th and would install the week of 16th. I called the 16th. They said they would call back with an update. Still nothing. No call back. Nothing.
