Great customer service from the ********* branch. My warranty service item was handled courteously with speed and precision. I've had many windows from All weather and never had a concern other than this exterior door insert with built-in blind; the second time the glass has been replaced due to a thermal leak.

I am a member of the ******* Housing Cooperative in ********, and we have been customers of All- Weather Windows for years. However, the quality of communication with the company has taken a nose dive in the last year, with the two projects that we hired the company for.The first project was a door replacement for 3 units. Communication with the company was terrible leading up to the first installation. The project was FULLY PAID for. Here is the timeline so far on that project:Oct.31/22- New door installation for 3 units. We were forced to supply our own locks despite what the contract said. We have not been reimbursed yet.Nov.24/22- Storm doors installed for 2 units. One unit can't be done due to incorrect front door install(not enough support to attach the storm door). At the same unit there were cracks on a side of the front door reported, and we were told the whole slab will be replaced.Mar.24/23- The front door is fixed and storm door put in, but the window is damaged and unopenable. Installer knew nothing about the cracks. We were promised the slab and the storm door would be replaced, but nothing has been done.On the same day(the 24th) AWW was emailed the details of what still needed to be dome. They promised a strong finish. They were contacted again on April 4th after no response, and again on April 22. Still nothing.Between April 22nd and May 29th we were contacted by AWW about the remaining payment on a window project the company had completed this spring(which the company made mistakes on initially). We informed her we would be holding the payment until the project was resolved. May 29/23- An AWW rep visits to establish what still has to be done. Since then, nothing. The level of indifference from AWW has truly been staggering. We are long time customers. If this is what they do to long time customers who have fully paid for work, I hate to think of what theyd do to customers they dont want to keep. When will our project be finished?

All Weather Windows were the company that installed all the windows on our new build. Within a few years 3 different windows were cracking and splitting. We attempted to contact them numerous times and half the time were ignored, and the other half we were given the run around someone else will call you back and never heard. Clearly they werent going to do anything or even help us in any way whatsoever. We finally had a different glass company come fix it and as theyre removing the glass they kindly informed us that the glass was installed INCORRECTLY, so that with the house shifting, thats why it cracked. CHEAP, LAZY company that DOES NOT care at all about any of its customers. Just in it for a quick buck. Literally any other company would be a better choice.

Good afternoon,We have looked into the customers claim and we cannot locate them in our system under the name provided. All Weather Windows does provide manufacturer windows to new home builders, however we do not do the installation work so cannot speak to the installation of the windows. We would recommend that the customer talk to the builder about the install and work to resolve the situation. All Weather Windows does have a warranty for the manufacturer of our product that we stand behind.Best regards,

To say that we are disappointed is an understatement. We started this process a year ago (May 2022). The sale guy was quick to send us an updated copy of our agreement and quick to take our deposit. We replaced all the windows in our house including our two doors so it was a substantial order. Our install date was suppose to be end of October 2022. When we approached the end of October WE reached out to all weather looking for an update on install. At this time we were told our windows and doors were delayed until January 2023. After alot of complaining they suggested that we break the order (because it was one of our doors that was delaying the whole order) and install the windows to get that part done. Come end of January when our door was suppose to be installed we had to reach out to all weather again. Only to find out door install would be delayed until the end of February 2023. Currently we are still waiting for a call from someone at all weather that can deal with our concerns. We have called multiple times sometimes leaving voicemails, sometimes speaking to someone that is unable to help us. It is frustrating. The service has been horrible since we made our first deposit. Unfortunately we missed out on the city ***** due to their inability. The only part of this service that has been good was the install team (I would give them a 5 out 5). They are a third party company though so nothing to do with all weather windows. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We have 22 windows in our house that were supplied & installed by this company 26 years ago. Had a custom made kitchen bay installed on 2018. January of this year-2023- one of the glass panels cracked from top to bottom during the -30++ weather! All weather windows will not stand behind their product. This is a VERY POOR QUALITY of glass! Have no intentions of paying to replace a sub-par window panel!****

Good morning,We suppled but did not install the windows in the customers home 25 years ago.All Weather Windows covers cracked glass for the first year of ownership, which is industry standard. The one year period will cover any type of non-visible defect that *** be present with the glass during the time of manufacturing. It is unfortunate that this homeowners glass has a crack 5 years after installation but the reasons for the crack after this length would not be linked to a manufacturing issue and therefore not under standard product warranty.Best regards,

Absolutely the worst, disappointing and utmost awful customer service in regards to warranty claims. Our builder submitted a warranty claim (September 2022) resubmitted the same claim after getting nowhere with the various representatives at All Weather Windows he talked too. We have absolutely no idea when these repairs will happen as these are damaged seals, broken glass in our brand new home which was completed December of 2019. Absolutely no quality control on product and craftsmanship. Of course they have a number to sales representatives and will take your money but as far as quality product not a chance it is severely flawed and even worse customer service in following up to repair/replace the damaged product. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of action and response to fix and repair our windows! It is an easy and straightforward repair and warranty claim. Order new glass and have it installed. Why is this so difficult?? Stay away from this company. They are great at the start but are awful when you really need them. Unreliable, terrible product. When will we have the repair done!?!? Absolutely ridiculous with ZERO communication. We have broken glass and damaged sliding doors and windows due to this company. Buyer beware big time. We admit we are ranting but we never write reviews but have no option as no one is assisting with the repair that is under a 20 yr warranty.

Hello,Looking into into this claim, we found we don't have a customer by this name in our system. To investigate further, we would require the address of the property and the name of the builder please. Once we have this information, we are able to properly address.Thank you very much.

The installer from all weather windows installed damaged product in my house. There are dings and ****** in the slider windows and the inside frame is cracked down the middle in all 4 sides of the frame! I have been emailing and calling for the last 4 weeks and have yet to receive any kind of call or email to rectify these issues! The customer service is the worst Ive ever dealt with!
