    ****** ** *** ( in short ******) engaged with Wixopia Web Design and Marketing Agency ( in short Wixopia) for website development services on Jun 21, 2022. And as per the proposal provided by Wixopia, final product which is the launch of the live website was expected to be delivered 10 days from the initial date of engagement. Below is the chronological order of events leading to our complaint: 1. Initial discussion and introductions between Wixopia and ****** VA for website development– June 21, 2022 2. Wixopia provided ****** VA with their proposal for the work on June 21, 2022 ( see attached) 3. ****** VA made a payment of $943.95 (CAD) on June 22, 2022 4. Wixopia requested ****** VA to complete the “ Content Questionnaire” on June 22, 2022 5. ****** VA completed the questionnaire and sent it to Wixopia on June 27, 2022 6. ****** VA sent a follow up email to Wixopia seeking confirmation of the receipt of documents on July 5, 2022 7. Acknowledgement from Wixopia on the receipt of the questionnaire received on July 7 8. ****** ** *** sent email to Wixopia indicating their lack of schedule adherence for the website development project and requested a response on July 19, 2022 9. ****** VA followed up with a phone call on July 20, 2022 10. ****** VA followed up with a phone call on July 24, 2022 The nature of our dispute is, Wixopia failed to adhere to the schedule outliend in their proposal and this is delaying ******'s busienss development process since we are a virtual service providing business and our marketing strategy solely relies on online presence. We are seeking refund in full since we did not get the product we were promised within the timeframe that was agreed upon.
