    On March 24, 2022 i purchased a 1994-1997 2wd nv4500 with a 1-1/4" input shaft upgraded 5th gear nut and a bell housing for 3100.00 plus shipping and tax. I received the transmission on May 4th and it didn't come with the bell housing I also noticed the tail housing was incorrect, it was from the wrong year. so i emailed Gear Missions and stated my complaints. They had said the bell housing would be on the next shipment out and to contact the **** ******* via phone for the tail housing issue.The bell housing never came. I had called ***** *** the **** ******* and about 3 weeks and several phone calls later we had arrived at the conclusion that he would look for the correct tail housing. over the next two months roughly I had not hear anything so I started to call him again. Then we had reached the agreement that i would send him back the incorrect tail housing and he would make the proper modifications to it and send it back. Also compensation he would exchange my top plate and shifter stub from the transmission to a newer style. So we agreed that I would send him my incorrect tail housing and top plate back and then would receive the corrected tail housing, the updated top plate and the bell housing. On June 30th I sent the two items back. They were received on July the 8th. I hadn't heard anything from Gear Missions so I tried calling them around the beginning of September and they had said I should have my parts in a week or two. I did not receive anything and have tried calling and emailing them about 20-25 phone calls and two emails over the last 4 months with no response at all.
